Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £27,000-£28,000
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm (Hybrid 2 days at home)

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Previous administrative experience
·Confident and precise telephone manner
·Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to work with discreet and confidential information
·Experience with reporting and being organised
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Generalist administration to support across the business as required
·Maintaining HR data on the system and generating reports
·Taking minutes for key internal meetings such as disciplinaries and hearings
·Welcome guests and customers on occasions there are meetings
·Getting involved with various projects within the business
·Screen and prioritise incoming written communications
·Supporting Finance with any administrative duties
·Attending educational workshops
·Protect operations by keeping information confidential
