SF Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in the Dudley region. They are looking to recruit a driven, commercially astute Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner to join their friendly team, directly supporting the Financial Controller and the wider finance team in an operationally focused role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part/qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Accountant to gain experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a business with a clear growth strategy.

You will play a key role in cost accounting, business partnering with various teams as well as improving processes and driving efficiencies.

Key tasks:
- Prepare month end management accounts alongside Financial Controller
- Produce budgets and forecasts to strict timescale
- Provide analysis and insight for use by senior management including producing dashboards
- Play a vital role in ERP system maintenance and implementations
- Inventory control, wastage, purchasing and standard costing
- Cash flow forecasting
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Drive pocess improvements within finance
- Support with year end
- Ad hoc project work as required

Requirements:

- Part/Qualified Accountant at least or qualified by experience
- Experience within Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at senior level
