Your new role
* Working with all areas of the business on a variety of HR issues
* Act as trusted partner to Managers, providing professional data led advice which is in line with the People strategy
* Responsible for the end-to-end process for Probation, Maternity and Paternity, Sickness and other period of leave conversations
What you’ll need to succeed
* CIPD qualified
* Experience working within an HR environment
* Experience of working with a HR Information System (HRIS)
