About the Role:
As their new Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage various aspects of the business, from client relations to team oversight, contributing to their goal of providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, manage client relationships and ensure compliance with business standards
* Develop and implement new business strategies, setting and achieving revenue targets
* Supervise and support the clinic team, managing stock and supplies efficiently
* Create and manage budgets, generate and analyse business reports
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance growth and branding

The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in management within the industry
* Strong leadership, client management, and budgeting skills
* Ability to set and achieve revenue targets and manage daily operations
* Proficient in generating and analysing business reports
