Job Description:
* Location: Hereford, Herefordshire, HR2
* Salary: £25,000 plus 10% annual bonus
* Job Type: Full-time

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in retaining existing accounts, handling a high volume of incoming calls, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.
Day to Day of the role: * Efficiently and accurately take and input orders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Report technical faults on behalf of customers and handle complaints, queries, and order processing.
* Upsell products and introduce new lines to customers.
* Contact potential customers and arrange deliveries.
* Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting them in acquiring new business and administrative needs.
* Build relationships with weekly telesales customers, being their regular point of contact.
* Perform various administrative duties within the office, including confirmation, sorting the post, filing, and processing orders.
* Plan calls and target gaps in supply using relevant systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills with a clear and personable telephone manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
* Ability to use the Trinity system.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Good product knowledge and the ability to upsell.
