Office Administrator, Full Time
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Our client, a leading company in the working at height industry, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the team in their day-to-day tasks. You will be the backbone of the office, providing administrative support and handling various responsibilities to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team.
Manage office supplies, ensure stock levels are maintained, and order new supplies as needed.
Create and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accurate and organised documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and shipping.
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in the company database.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
