Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 08.00 - 17.00 Mon- Fri 

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Projects Team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in facilities management or construction, who is ambitious and has a passion for projects or wants to develop career into senior / project management eventually.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle enquiries from clients via email or telephone and direct them to the appropriate person.
* Set up all project jobs, including raising subcontractor purchase orders and chasing engineer and subcontractor service work sheets.
* Chase quotations and recommendations as directed by the Projects team.
* Produce minor works quotations and place them on the CAFM system after review by managers.
* Assist with the production of weekly labour planners and projects O&M’s alongside the Project Manager.
* Set up and maintain job folders Chase and obtain RAMs, signing in register etc.
* Assist with financial controls and commercial aspects of the projects team, including raising and receipting purchase orders, processing purchase invoices, and producing sales invoices for completed work.
* Administer the CAFM System for the Projects Division.
* Undertake general office duties related to the Projects team, including correspondence, post, emails, filing, and updating electronic records.
* Update the sales forecast regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
* High standard of numeracy and literacy.
* Experience in a facilities management or construction environment.
* Methodical and accurate approach to tasks with a flexible and proactive mindset.
* Strong communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all levels.
* Ability to follow assignments through to successful completion efficiently.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and deliver to deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with a positive attitude to enquiries and the capability to multitask.
* Accountability: Reporting to the Senior Contract Support.
