Behaviour Mentor
Location: Dagenham
Day Rate: £100
Are you passionate about supporting children with challenging behaviour? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a primary school in Dagenham.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a student in Year 4 with behavioural challenges.
Implement strategies to manage and improve challenging behaviours.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create individualized behaviour plans.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for the student.
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behaviour management.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
