Job Description:
Job Title: Dental Nurse - Full-Time/Part Time openings
Location: New Malden
Our client are a brand new, state of the art, private dental practice, using the latest dental technology. They are providing a unique opportunity for either experienced or aspiring dental nurses to join the organisation and be part of the exciting journey of growth and development.
If you are an enthusiastic, friendly, qualified GDC registered dental nurse, then we would love to hear from you and to share further information regarding this role.

Key Features of the role:
• Assist the dentist in all dental procedures
• Prepare, maintain and sterilise dental instruments and materials in line with guidelines
• Check stock and order in timely manner for an efficient stock availability
• Maintain patient records, documentation, have a positive manner and observe patient confidentially on all occasions
• Ensure the safety of patient by adhering to infection control protocols
• Maintain clinical areas and equipment to a high standard, following manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Undergo training as may be required to develop skills and abilities
• Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones and maintaining dental compliance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to remain calm and professional under pressure and have an understanding of the principles of dental nursing.

* Enthusiastic and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Maintain a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanour at all times
* Motivated to provide clients with world class levels of customer service
* Flexible while maintaining patient’s duty of care as their prime priority
* Willing to work flexibly, to ensure the smooth running of the practice
