Estate Agency Branch Manager / Valuer
Location: South Yorkshire

With a focus on customer satisfaction and a strong commitment to professionalism, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager/Valuer to lead and oversee two offices.
Job Overview:
As the Branch Manager/Valuer, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of two offices in South Yorkshire. This role presents a great opportunity for career progression and leadership development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents and administrative staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and support for team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
2.Property Valuation:
Conduct property valuations with a keen understanding of market trends.
Ensure accurate and competitive property pricing.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market in South Yorkshire.
3.Sales:
Oversee the sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4.Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for both offices.
Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.
5.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for the team and offices.
Implement strategies to improve KPI performance and overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in estate agency management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
Strong knowledge of property valuation and the local property market in South Yorkshire.
Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
