Business Development Manager
Scotland Central Belt / Glasgow / Edinburgh area
£35,000 plus car and OTE of circa £50k
We have an exciting opportunity for a Busniess Development Manager based in the Glasgow / Edinburgh areas for our client, a market-leading facilities management provider with over 100 employees and £10 million + turnover. If you have field sales background within Retail, Facilities Management, FMCG, Hospitality or similar then we are keen to hear from you. 
As Busniess Development Manager, day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
* Driving and delivering new bsuiness accounts
* Management of sales pipeline
* Meeting agreed KPI’s and targets
* Maintaining strong client relationships
* Updating the CRM system accurately with all appropriate KPI’s, Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement.
To be considered for the role of Busniess Development Manager you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Experience of field sales
* Ability to sell within a competitive environment
* Strong pipeline management skills
* Resilient, with confident negotiation skills
* Ability to adapt your sales technique to suit the client
If successful you can expect a salary of £35,000, with on target earnings of £50k plus car or car allowance, so this is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your earning potential.
