Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator looking to join this high-flying Estate Agent in Telford. This is a multi-branch, ambitious company who have grown rapidly over the past few years to market leaders and they are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to continue building on their current success.
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator?– Benefits
* Salary guide £24,000 - £26,000 DOE
* OTE up to £33,000 approx
* Five day working week
The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be a pivotal appointment and as such a natural drive, tenacity and go getter attitude is needed
Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:
* Generating innovative ways to drive business
* Be driven in increasing market share through quality service, deliverability and reliability
* Canvassing for new business, generating appointments
* Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
* Assisting with valuations after training
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential with a proven track record
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
* The ability to naturally make quick bonds and develop a rapport is essential
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will be target driven and ambitious
* You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
