Customer Service Administrator

The Role;
* To support the whole team through efficient administration
* Credit Control functions
* To manage the office stationary, equipment and other similar requirements
* To maintain and generally assist with the portal system
* Monitor and respond to the admin inbox
* Liaising with clients via telephone and email
* Reporting and database management
About You;
* Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal
* A desire to learn and develop
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Microsoft - Word and Excel
* Good written and verbal communication skills
