As a Mortgage and protection advisor for the Brokerage, you will set your own schedule with clients and the estate agencies you cover, with the remaining days to be worked either from home or the office if you choose. Flexibility is part of the culture of the business; therefore, the mortgage brokerage is looking for Mortgage and protection advisors that can achieve set objectives and successfully manage their own time.

The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for the brokerage, you’ll be provided with leads through the estate agencies you’ll be supporting, a network of introducers, an existing client book and direct enquiries.
It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage and protection process, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor Key responsibilities
* Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to clients
* Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
* Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
* Assess clients’ financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
* Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
* Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
* Follow industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice

Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor package options;
* Basic Salary: £25k + 40% Commission
* Basic Salary: £40k + 20% Commission

Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor package
* Commission 85% - Leads Provided
* Commission 85% - Leads Self-Generated
Additional information
* Average Proc fee £500
* Average case size £2500 Including protection
* No fees
* Laptop & Phone provided
* Opportunity to transition from Employed to Self-Employed

Mortgage and Protection Advisor; Desired skills and experience
