Job Purpose *Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
*Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
*Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving.
*Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio.
*Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents.
*Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
*Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.

Job Requirements *ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
*Experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
*Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
*Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
*Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
*Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
*A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
