£30k - £31k dep on skills and experience to £ £1k uplift for welsh speaking
Monday to Friday Full Time and Permanent
Based from home in Wales (Travel to learners within 50 miles radius)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Management/Management Assessor to join our clients vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance, skills, and potential of learners, providing detailed feedback, and helping them achieve their goals of growth and success. The assessor role involves assessing and supporting learners who are undertaking Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.? Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice is not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is essential.
Based anywhere in Wales, (work from home) with travel out to learners at their workplaces (approx 50 mile radius) travel expenses paid (mileage) 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus 2 week shutdown at Christmas and birthday off, pension, support, CPD (Funded professional memberships), paid leave to do a days charity work, flexible working, Funded DBS checks, funded eye tests and contribution towards glasses, funded social events and training and induction.
Our client is a leading Welsh training organisation with its vision firmly in assisting to raise achievement across various educational programmes. They are now looking to recruit an experienced leadership and management assessor for their growing team of tutors and assessors to support a caseload of 37 learners to achieve all required framework components through mentoring and coaching. To provide an excellent level of customer service to all learners, mentors, employers and other relevant stakeholders. Actively engage with learners on a monthly basis to review progress, assess and feedback on learner work and plan assessment activities. Ensure work practices and performance conforms to Welsh Government, Lead Provider and company specification.
Your role and responsibilities
To deliver Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy
Support learners to progress through the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction
Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure learners progress through their programme in a timely manner and to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties.•Communicate progress and achievement of learner to the mentor and/or employer consistently throughout the programme.• Quality Assurance
