Job Description:

Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for a Business Development Executive. The right candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both senior internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Canvassing existing and potential new contacts via outbound calls to discuss new requirements and opportunities
* Generating and qualifying new leads through proactive outreach
* Recording details of correspondence and interactions on the CRM system
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
* Responding to initial queries to aid in the sales process
* Supporting and training partners on the client’s Connect APP and technology suite
* Completion of partner reviews
Competencies:
Full training will be provided, which will consider your current level of knowledge and experience and the fact that you are likely to be new to the asset finance sector.
* Computer literate
* Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Self-driven and highly motivated
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Target driven
* Confident in working alone and within a team
* Problem solver
* Adaptable – Processes regularly change for the better at our client’s company and we need to be able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
