Job Purpose
*Managing a large portfolio, primarily consisting of property clients and tax advisory projects.
*Monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management, reporting directly to Partners.
*Preparation of technical tax computations and reports, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
*Leading complex HMRC enquiries on a various tax issues.
*Oversee junior staff, including workflow management, delegation, and reviewing work.
*Work across departments to provide taxation guidance and ensure clients receive a comprehensive service.
*Identify knowledge gaps and scope training opportunities to strengthen skillsets within the tax team.
*Keeping up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team.
*Building enhanced client relationships as their go-to point of contact for queries, including complex resolutions.

*Supervisory experience with good people management and mentoring skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving.
