TaxManager Job Vacancy We’re delighted to be representing a first class accountancy employer in their search for a Tax Manager in London who can lead and deliver the office’s corporate tax provision, work with clients to develop tailored corporate tax strategies and become an integral part of the business community in London.
As a valued part of the tax management team, the successful Tax Manager in London will participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client deadlines, workload management, and billing targets. You’ll also be expected to attend client meetings, cultivate strong working relationships, and contribute to business development work.

Job Purpose *Support the managers in the provision of corporate tax services.
*Manage a cohesive and productive team.
*Oversee workflow across the corporate tax team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
*Liaise with clients, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
*Provide constructive mentorship to junior team members, championing their professional development.
*Work closely with Partners and other Managers to support company growth, including scoping opportunities and pitching for new business.
*Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
*Reviewing internal processes and providing recommendations to improve efficiencies across the corporate tax function.
*Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
*Business development and networking.

The Successful Applicant *CA, ACA or ACCA qualified. CTA or ATT is desirable
*Experience leading on a diverse corporate tax portfolio
*Previous supervisory experience, with great people management skills
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
*Self-motivated and reliable
*A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
*Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
*Networking and relationship building skills
*First class organisational, multi-tasking and delegation skills
*Commercially minded with the ability to confidently seek new business opportunities.
