NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a well established and growing firm of Independent Financial Advisers who are looking to employ an experienced manager to join their operations team.
Working from their office in Sheffield, this role will be vital to the continued growth plans and can offer excellent progression and development in the future.
Responsible for managing a small team and reporting directly to the partners, this role will be varied and some duties will include:
* Day to day team management including appraisals and training
* Managing office Environment
* Helping with compliance including FCA reporting
* Suggesting and implementing new processes
* Liaising with the directors and management reporting
* Assisting with Admin and Paraplanning when needed

What do we need from you?
* Experience working within financial planning, across administration and paraplanning is essential
* Knowledge of compliance & FCA requirements
* Experience of managing/supervising others would be preferable
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent), preferable but not essential, dependent on experience
* Excellent communication skills with an approachable manner
* A strong desire to help and develop more junior staff
