Job Description:
My clients a friendly medium sized freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area,,they are currently recruiting for Junior operations clerk to join their growing Artwork/ high valuable shipment team!
Duties would include:
* Taking bookings
* Arranging collections and deliveries
* Dealing with both imports and exports
* Airline bookings
* Handling documents such as licenses, ATA Carnets and customs documentation
* Tracking shipments
* Data entry
* General admin
Skills required:
* Previous freight forwarding experience
* Import/export customs entries experience
* Steady work history
* Keen to learn!
* PC literate
* Good customer service skills
Working hours:
* Monday- Friday 0900-1730
