Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to company associates who will reach out to you via phone and email.
* Resolve queries on a wide variety of complex topics and process orders and changes.
* Resolve and process customer orders and queries
* Take prompt and appropriate action for the customers
* Assist new customers with their enquires and setting up accounts
* Process and complete administration of payments
We are looking for:
* English, and Spanish at least C1 (near-native) level. 
* Great communication skills
* Willingness to learn new things
* Candidates who are currently based in the UK and are eligible to work in the UK or who hold UK passport
