Acorn Education are hiring a Care Team Manager in the Oxfordshire region!
Role: Team Manager
Location: North Aston, Oxfordshire
Salary:Up to £35,000.00 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (7 days on, 7 days off)
Essential: A Full UK Driving Licence, and the Right to Work in the UK

The Opportunity
Our next Team Manager will be someone who has:
* Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards this or an equivalent qualification.
* Mandatory: At least 1 year’s hands on experience in a similar residential environment.
* Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence
* A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
* Patience, resilience, and calmness.
Some of your duties will include
* Directing the work of your team to provide the highest quality standard of care and professional practice in accordance with both school policies and procedures.
* Providing a service that meets the requirements of all relevant legislation
* Providing leadership to staff and pupils and directing the work of staff towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
* Ensuring the highest physical standards are maintained around the home.
The Location
Acorn Education, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting a Children’s Team Manager to join our team within the Oxfordshire Region.
Park Farm, as one of our registered independent accommodations, offers support for vulnerable inviduals and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
