Job Purpose *Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
*Supervision and preparation of end-end and management accounts, including tax planning work
*Involvement in ad-hoc work projects to further support Senior Managers and Directors
*Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
*Supervise junior staff, reviewing work and supporting their professional development
*Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
*Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
*Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations

Job Requirements *ACCA/ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
*A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
*Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
*Excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills
*Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
*A team player who can also work autonomously
*A can-do attitude to problem-solving
*Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
