Junior Relationship Manager
Bridging Finance
London
We are working with an award winning London based lender, on their search for a Junior Relationship Manager, to join the growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To engage with lapsed/former borrowers with a view to funding current or future lending requirements.
* To engage with current borrowers who may require funding for different or new upcoming projects.
* To engage with current borrowers to assist with re-financing current loans and by switching them between current products (retention).
* To seek referrals from current borrowers for lending opportunities for property professionals that are not currently a customer.
* To act as a point of contact for existing borrowers within the loan book with a view to supporting queries or additional borrowing requirements (reactive).
* To actively engage with all borrowers within the portfolio to help them to understand the support you can offer (proactive).
* Work closely with loan management, collections, recoveries, legal and analyst teams to utilize borrower data to drive RM strategy and priorities.
