MB616: Joiner
Location: Manchester and surrounding counties
Salary: £42,900
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm with overtime available on a Saturday

Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic specialist restoration business who are looking to recruit a Joiner on a permanent basis due to growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of carpentry and joinery, such as fitting doors, windows, stairs, cabinets etc on historic and heritage buildings.
* Travel to multiple sites across the North of the UK (predominantly from Manchester to Leeds)
* Creating daily records and updating BMS (business management system)
* Ordering of materials
* Ensuring project follow programme and stay within budget
* Assist project/contract manager with long term planning
* Ensure strict health and safety procedures are adhered to
* May be required to assist in other areas if skills allow and are required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 within Joinery/Carpentry
* Experience within a similar position for 3+ years
* Full UK Drivers Licence with a maximum of 6 points
