Job Title: Healthcare Consultant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 basic with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (with possible flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand the client base.
* Candidate Recruitment: Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles, ensuring a high match quality for both clients and candidates.
* Sales and Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development and client relationship management.
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We Need from You:
* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector, is desirable.
