About the role
The SEN Teacher will deliver bespoke education solutions for our pupils and set achievable attainment targets. Our pupils have a variety of challenges and work at different levels, so it is especially important to set individual plans with the aim of preparing them for the larger world – we focus on the whole person, not just academic success. There are a number of internal opportunities throughout the school which can include middle management, additional responsibilities and we advocate external training in line with your subject area.
Experience
Whilst we are particularly interested in candidates from a SEN/ASC teaching background, we are also keen to speak with Teachers from a mainstream background who have a strong interest in working in the SEN sector.
Qualifications
* All of our Teachers require QTS/QTLS, but we are happy to accept applications from ECT Teachers, as we have exceptional support systems in place.
