We are looking for an experienced Skip/RORO driver to work within the East Sussex and Kent areas for our various clients.
MAIN DUTIES
*To undertake the safe, secure and efficient movement of materials and equipment required for the business
*Performing deliveries and collections to and from the customer sites, and other locations as required
*Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times to customers, the general public and other road users
*Check equipment is loaded/unloaded in a safe manner
*Ensure that the total payload does not exceed vehicle weight limited
*Use approved methods to secure the load of the vehicle
*Check paperwork to that delivery/collection loads are correct
*Ensure that all equipment on the vehicle is accounted for
*Visually inspect equipment being loaded and unloaded
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*Must have skip experience
*RoRo experience preferable
*Holds a full driving licence valid in the UK, with no more than 6 points on Licence
*Holds a HGV Driving Licence
*Holds a CPC Licence
*Holds a Digi Taco Card
*Able to carry out manual handling tasks
