Job Description:
Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for factory operatives to join their team.
Main Duties:
* Running and cleaning machinery
* Monitoring the production line
* Doing quality checks of products
* Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean
* Informing Supervisors of any issues
* Must comply with Company’s Health and Safety Regulations at all times
* Full training will be given
* Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
* Factory/Machine experience preferred
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability and willingness to learn new skills
* Good time keeping
* Reliability
* Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals
* Must be able to work on own initiative
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Different shift patterns, must be flexible:
* 6am - 2pm
* 2.30pm - 10pm
* 10.30pm - 6.30am
