Job Purpose *Managing a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met
*Preparing and delivering accurate and well-informed tax advice
*Supporting business development by attending prospective meetings, quoting for services and encouraging skill sharing amongst the wider firm
*Assisting management with distributing workload across the department
*Mentoring junior team members, assisting with workflow management, quality control, and providing training
*Nurturing trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
*Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax knowledge and changes in the industry

The Successful Applicant *ATT and/or CTA qualified with proven experience within UK practice
*Qualified by experience within UK practice would also be considered
*Sound knowledge across corporate taxation
*Supervisory experience with good people management skills
*Self-motivated, professional and reliable
*Eager to progress and learn from an experienced team
*Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
*Strong communication skills both verbal and written
