Job Description:
Alchemy is partnering with a prestigious and bespoke removals company to assist in their search for an Inside Sales Coordinator, to join their team based in Surrey.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, thrive in high-pressure environments, and excel as a proactive problem solver. Removal experience would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service for all removal inquiries.
* Scheduling surveys for the removals Field Sales Team.
* Build rapid and strong relationships using excellent interpersonal skills.
* Approach every interaction with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Exhibit exceptional listening skills to effectively understand and address removal customer needs.
* Demonstrate strong IT skills and proficient diary management to support the team of removal sales surveyors.
* Maintain regular communication with Operational Managers, removals Field Sales staff, and your team, fostering strong internal collaboration.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Minimum of 12 months of customer service and sales experience.
* IT literacy.
* Active listening skills.
* Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
* Team player mindset.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* GCSE level of education.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to handle routine tasks effectively.
* Full UK Driving License.
