What You’ll Do:
Lead Projects:
* Manage large-scale, high-budget events from start to finish.
* Oversee client communication, production elements, and budget management.
Inspire and Innovate:
* Drive creative content development and inspire emotional engagement.
* Organize and lead creative meetings.
Ensure Excellence:
* Maintain operational excellence and exceed client expectations.
* Handle full event logistics, including global delegate management.
Drive Financial Success:
* Control project budgets, ensure timely reporting, and keep projects cash positive.
* Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and GDPR standards.
Build Relationships:
* Manage supplier relationships for top service and pricing.
* Lead and develop your project team to perform at their best.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 8+ years in event production, preferably in an agency.
* Global Perspective: Experience with large budget international events.
* Creative Leadership: Strong content development skills.
* Logistics Expertise: Proven ability to manage global delegate logistics.
* Flexibility: Based in the Midlands office 2-3 days a week, with some international travel.
* Drive: Must be a car driver.
