Job Title: Senior Finance Manager (Germany)Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £57000 - £67000 Per annum

Job Duties: * Oversee financial activities for the German entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
* Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entity
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
* Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team
* Monitor cash flow, financial controls, and risk management
* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Required Qualifications: * Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar finance management role
* Strong knowledge of German accounting principles and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance management
Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Fluency in German language is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Finance or related field
* Experience working in a multinational company
Working Conditions: * Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
* Standard working hours with occasional overtime required
* Travel to Germany may be necessary
