Production Operatives
Location: St Austell
Shift: Monday-Friday / 07:30-17:00
Salary: £11.53 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking experienced Production and Factory Operatives to join their client’s friendly, modern factory located in St Austell.
In this role, you will primarily work with glass, involving both manual and machine-assisted cutting, as well as loading and unloading the furnace. Additionally, you will operate various machinery and handle the movement of glass across the factory floor.
Please be aware that this position is physically demanding, and you will be required to work within set deadlines and meet customer delivery targets.
Ideally, candidates should have a background in manufacturing / production or prior experience in manual labour. We are particularly interested in individuals who are committed to their work and eager to advance in their careers, as these positions offer the opportunity for temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidates.
