Job Description:
This Preconstruction Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a progressive, family-run SME based in Shrewsbury.

The Role
The Pre-Construction Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to manage, in collaboration with the Operations team, the successful completion of assigned projects. The Preconstruction Coordinator is the lead for pre-project arrangement, client relations and project advancement. Reporting to the Commercial Team, the role will require weekly and monthly reporting, commercial awareness and key decision making. In summary, the Pre-Construction Coordinator ensures the smooth transition from Sales to Operations, continuing to track each project to successful completion.
Essential Skills / Experience:
* Highly organised
* History of delivering projects, within a Construction environment
* Attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership qualities
* Have commercial awareness
* Work independently
* Methodical
* Work to high standards
In return, as Pre-Construction Coordinator you will receive a salary of between £32k to £36k per annum. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (flexibility will be needed to support site activity and some travelling).
