Handling any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new travel products
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and accommodation providers
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
