Are you able to work with various IT Systems including ERP based databases?
Customer Support Coordinator
Location - Sittingbourne (but about to move to Aylesford, Kent)
Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum DOE
Hours - Permanent, Full Time
As part of the sales support office, you will be processing customer enquiries, preparing quotes and sales orders as well as providing sales support and technical sales support.
Over time you will develop a good understanding of the company’s products so that you can better assist clients with their queries.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating with them through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions and complaints.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Communicate technical information and advice to customers once necessary product knowledge acquired.
* Complete data entry administration to required standards of accuracy where required.
* Ensure all output is compliant to ISO9001 quality guidelines
Person specification
* Have a proven track record of delivering customer service experience (ideally from a similar technical or engineering environment)
* A good level of English (written and verbal) and Maths
* Must have excellent communication skills, with a mature customer focus and professional approach
* Good telephone manner and able to take ownership of varied customer enquiries to a senior level.
* Must be very computer literate, ideally with experience of using ERP based databases, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Able to process information accurately at pace, while managing multiple different tasks at once - attention to detail is essential
