Job Description:
Job Opportunity: Sales Order Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
6-9 Months Maternity cover
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:
* 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
* 6 to 9 months maternity cover
Pay Rate:
* £12.00 per hour, paid weekly
Job Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls
* Taking orders via email
* Inputting and processing orders using in-house systems
* Printing job orders and coordinating with the workshop for manufacturing
* Preparing invoices
* Managing Dispatch systems (arranging deliveries, printing delivery labels, etc.)
* Performing general administrative duties
* Collaborating with Sage 50 (previous experience essential)
