Administrator
Location: Crowthorne
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
My client based in Crowthorne is looking for a strong Administrator to come on board and join their team. You will work alongside members of the Sales team and the Accounts team to ensure the timely and profitable delivery of equipment and services to clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
Administrative and clerical tasks including telephone calls, contract typing, and other ad hoc or occasional clerical or administrative tasks as they arise.
Preparation of Contract quotations - both those using given figures from contract managers and mark-up quotations & tenders.
Entering agreed quotes (i.e. confirmed by sales order or other instruction) on to network system
Preparation of Purchase Orders on network system, ready for authorisation by Contract Manager and Director. Ensuring that these match up to supplier quotes and order acknowledgements as necessary. Faxing or sending these to Suppliers as necessary.
Preparing manuals for completed projects.
Monitoring PO’s particularly in regard to goods required dates.
Liaise with contract managers to ensure equipment is being delivered to site before it is required.
Dealing with managerial queries with regard to supplier deliveries, pricing etc. as required.
Maintenance of Supplier Price Lists & Catalogues for managers.
Welcoming visitors as necessary providing them with refreshments if required.
Logs sales leads and tenders and distribute.
Ordering stationery.
Ordering couriers and taxis when required.
