Job Description:
Our client is a prestigious international law firm distinguished for its expertise in advising technology, life sciences, and other growth enterprises worldwide. The firm represents companies across all stages of development, from emerging startups to multinational corporations, as well as the venture firms, private equity firms, and investment banks that support them. We are now looking for a Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate to join their busy, successful, and highly regarded London team.
Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate

£164-208K plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate with between 1 to 3 years’ PQE and experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base. You will be intellectually outstanding with good team skills, a natural collegiality and a genuine desire and enthusiasm to embrace a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy work. Other requirements for this role include:
* A good grasp and working experience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements
* Good experience with restructuring related proceedings, including experience with working with multiple jurisdictions
* Good levels of responsibility and who have well developed drafting and negotiation skills
* Commitment, enthusiasm, drive and versatility
* Most importantly, we are looking for people who others will enjoy working with
