To be successful in this role:
You will be a UK qualified lawyer and be either newly qualified or with up to 2 years of PQE in Leveraged Finance / Private Credit along with a keen interest in and knowledge of leveraged finance, private credit and debt instruments throughout the capital structure. Other requirements for this role include:
* Experience working with clients at private credit funds, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions in the European and US market
* Experience on debt restructurings helpful but not imperative
* Experience of managing multi-jurisdictional transactions
* Experience of working in a fast-paced transactional role
* Be driven, entrepreneurial, interested in business development, meeting clients, attending business meetings, training juniors
* Must be a team player
* Experience of a similar role at a leading legal practice in the UK
* Excellent academic background
