Job Description:
Telesales Executive (existing clients)
£24,000 - £27,500 plus excellent benefits and bonus
Tolworth/Chessington
The main purpose of the role is to provide commercial support activities on behalf of various existing pharmaceutical clients or manufacturers via the telephone.
It is anticipated that all pharmacy dispensing points will fall within the scope of the service this company offer so the role holder will be required to have the necessary skills to communicate with a variety of accounts, from the very largest nationals to the smaller high street independents and customers with the ability to modify and tailor the message to maximise the message and optimise the time on call.
Activities could include Order Capture, Data Capture, Compliance Checking, Auditing, Client or Brand Surveys, Product Recalls, Brand Training or Patient Support Services.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• Educated to A level standard
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Previous telesales experience
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, determination and a commitment to excellence.
• Constantly strives for self – improvement
• Highly organised
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to learn and absorb various product details to support every tele-health campaign
• Basic understanding of customer motivational needs
• Commercially aware
• Good reporting and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with numerous pharmacy contacts
