Job Description:
Project Support Coordinator * Contract Duration: 3-6 Months
* Location: Camberley, England
* Job Type: Temporary
We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our Innovation and Product Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Administration or Coordination, be comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in managing and reporting on project budgets.
Day-to-day of the role: * Attend all assigned project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and log actions, and communicate these post-meeting.
* Manage all project tasks in JIRA, ensuring updates from meetings are reflected and assist the project lead in keeping the tool up to date.
* Update the Project Status Report (PSR & RAID) and the budget forecast in Anaplan weekly to ensure current project status is available at the portfolio level.
* Support the Head of Consumables with their portfolio weekly review and make any necessary amendments.
* Responsible for raising project PO’s, processing invoices, raising new supplier requests, arranging one-off payments, and supporting the project team with shipping requirements.
* Cover additional administrative tasks as required, such as document generation and filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven project support and budget management experience.
* Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, collaborative and supportive, team player.
* Natural organiser, able to multitask and pays attention to detail.
* Aptitude for problem solving and solution-based thinking.
* Proficient with Google GSuite, MS Office, JIRA or similar project management tools.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* APM PFQ or Prince2 Foundation level certification is desirable.
* Experience with Anaplan or similar tools is advantageous.
* Full current driving licence is desirable.
