Job Description:
Join a friendly team as a temporary Recruitment and training administrator and be at the forefront of onboarding and exiting staff!
23 holidays
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
£30-35k PA Pro Rata
South Cerney
As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in planning and executing various recruitment and training tasks to support this ever growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute inductions for all new members of staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
* Keep ongoing training up to date and manage it timely to ensure staff are well-equipped
* Identify ways to enhance the training programme to improve staff development
* Order, manage, and issue all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team
* Maintain and update training records, exploring innovative ways to record and share information with the team
* Place recruitment adverts as needed and obtain feedback for continuous improvement
* Plan, book, and coordinate all training (outsourced and internal) to ensure candidates are well-informed
* Assist with screening, interviewing, and processing applicants to support the recruitment process
* Handle preparation of timesheets and bookings of hotels for operators when required
* Perform any other duties as directed by your manager
Key Skills/Experience:
* Experience in Training or Recruitment is desirable
* Strong, confident personality with excellent time management skills
* Effective communication and listening skills to ensure clear understanding
* Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment and work well under pressure
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to manage workload efficiently
* Ability to work independently, show initiative, and meet strict deadlines
* Good planning and organising skills to coordinate tasks effectively
* Strong people skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism
* Proficiency in computer skills and technology to support HR tasks
* Sense of humour and positive attitude to create a supportive work environment for all team members
