Job Description:
Are you a customer focused Software Support Manager with previous experience in managing technical I.T teams or similar that have delivered an exceptional service to their customers?
You will be responsible for training, supporting, developing and leading a bright and capable team, whilst also prioritising managing escalations and building strong relationships with Key Accounts, focusing on providing excellent communication and technical support to all customers whilst meeting and exceeding set SLA’s.
To be successful as a Software Support Manager you should have excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills. Ensuring that clients continuously receive a professional and efficient service.

Location: Surbiton - Office based
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Software Support Manager Responsibilities: * Managing and supporting a team of help desk technicians.
* Leading your team, providing training, and conducting performance and development plans.
* Maintaining communication with clients and providing regular updates, detailed support and analysis.
* Troubleshooting and resolving high priority technical issues.
* Managing urgent escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Working to improve existing processes and procedures.
Software Support Manager Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Experience as a Service Delivery, Helpdesk Manager or as a leader in a technical support role.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good knowledge of both Software and Hardware
* Proven examples of managing key B2B clients within a technical role
* Strong technical background.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
