Job Description:
Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a company in East Grinstead who is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
Location: Central East Grinstead
Salary: £23k pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
* Take responsibility for customer issues and follow them through to resolution
* Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries
* Provide product information and support to customers
* Manage and respond to emails
* Assist customers visiting the office
* Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues
* Complete necessary paperwork and use company software
* Manage deliveries and post duties
Additional duties:
* Assist with site visits and manage after-sales issues
* Support the external sales team
* Keep customers informed about their orders and any issues
* Promote the company’s brands positively
* Maintain accurate records in the company system
Skills and attributes:
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Team player with good computer skills
* Well-organised, motivated, and punctual
Salary £23k pro rata depending on experience
