As accounts supervisor, you will play a key role in guiding a team and providing clients with a first class service for all their accounting requirements.
What will you be doing?
* Overseeing and reviewing management accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and support.
* Providing insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns.
* Assisting start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidance.
* Leading the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systems.
* Managing UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
* Fostering the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorship.
* Offering expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationships.
You will have:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Recent obtainment of Accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge of Management Accounting.
* Team player that values collective success and contributes positively to the overall work environment.
* Professionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in all endeavours.
* Ability to delegate tasks and guide junior staff, empowering them to reach their full potential.
