Job Description:
We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Advisor for a huge client based in Banks Southport, this role is an easy commute from Preston!
HR Advisor Salary: £28,000- £29,000
HR Advisor hours: Monday - Friday, hours are negotiable between 7am and 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

HR Advisor Roles and Responsibilites:
-Manage employee relations cases, supporting HR team and managers with disciplinary and grievance meetings.
-Provide advice and support to line managers on employee/employment issues and queries.
- Investigate AWOL cases.
- Manage short and long-term sickness cases.
- Welfare meetings.
- Support with creating and publishing of job adverts, selection process, screening of candidates.
- New starters inductions.
- Advise managers on company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence.

- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
