Job Purpose * Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
* Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies.
* Reconciliation of control accounts.
* Preparation of management accounts.
* Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development.
* Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries.
* Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency.
* Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations.
* Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements * ACCA/ACA newly or part qualified with recent experience in UK practice
* A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
* Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
* Good IT skills
* A team player who can also work autonomously
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
